1 cup Rice
1/2 cup Toor Dal
Mixed chopped Vegetables
2 tbsp Aaahara Bisibele Bath Powder
1 tsp Tamarind Paste
Salt to taste
Little Jaggery
1 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
Few Curry Leaves
Cook rice and toor dal together until soft.
Heat a pan and saute the chopped vegetables until partially cooked.
Add Aaahara Bisibele Bath Powder, tamarind paste, salt and jaggery.
Add the cooked rice-dal mixture and mix well.
Simmer for a few minutes until everything blends well.
Heat ghee in a small pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Pour the tempering over the bisibele bath and mix gently.
Serve hot.
Weekend comfort in one spoon.
