Mutton – 500 g
AAAHARA Meat Masala – 3 tbsp
Onion paste – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped onion – 2 tbsp
Ginger–garlic paste – 2 tsp
Thick curd – 3 tbsp
Tomato puree – 2 tbsp
Green chilli (finely chopped) – 2–3
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Cooking oil – 4 tbsp
Salt – to taste
For Garnish:
Fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
Lemon slices
Cut 500 gms of mutton into equal pieces and add 2tbsp onion paste, 2tsp ginger- garlic paste, 3tbsp thick curd, 1tsp turmeric powder into it and marinate. Keep this mixture aside for 1 hour
Heat 4tbsp oil in a pan, add 3 tbsp ‘AAAHARA’ meat masala and sauté 2tbsp finely chopped onion till golden brown.
Add the meat mixture and cook well for 10 mins.
Add 2tbsp tomato puree and 2-3 finely chopped green chilli into it. Mix well and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves, lemon slice and serve hot with rice/ kulcha.
