500 ml Water
1 chopped Tomato
1 tsp Tamarind Paste
Salt
2 tbsp Aaahara Rasam Powder
1 tsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2–3 Garlic cloves (crushed)
Few Curry Leaves
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Boil water with chopped tomato, tamarind paste and salt.
Add Aaahara Rasam Powder and let it simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
Heat ghee in a small pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic and curry leaves.
Pour the tempering into the rasam.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
