AAAHARA Garam Masala – 2 tbsp (or ½ spoon for light flavour)
Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Heat the pan add 2tbsp of oil, add 2Ttbsp of AAAHARA Garam Masala to vegetables saute it in the oil, mix well and keep covered for 2-3 mins.
You can use Just Half Spoon Garam Masala in curries, samosa chaat, rice preparations, gravies, dal and variety of snacks.
