1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
2. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only if:
● Product is damaged during transit
● Wrong product is delivered
● Packaging is leaked, tampered, or seal is broken
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
3. Refunds
● Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via PhonePe
● Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on banks/payment providers
● Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from Aaahara
Aaahara is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways after refund initiation.
4. Non-Returnable Items
● Opened or used food products
● Products damaged due to customer mishandling
● Orders placed under discounts, offers, or promotions (unless defective)
5. Refund Rejection
Aaahara reserves the right to reject refund requests if claims are found invalid or unsupported.
